Trade Track is an app that was designed by builders, for builders. Created from real jobsite experience, it helps contractors and subcontractors manage invoices and payments, while staying complaint. So you can spend less time searching though emails and text and more time building.
Tap the “Get Paid” tab at the bottom. Either upload an existing invoice or create one by filling in the project name and any details, then tap “submit invoice.” Your employer will be notified.
A denied invoice means your employer found an issue with it. Look for the red “Denial Reason” box to see what went wrong. You can then fix the issue and resubmit.
Make sure you have selected a project and uploaded all required info. If no projects appear, ask your employer to add projects onto their account.
Under the profile tab, select “Invite Team” and from here you can select the green button ”Create Invite Link.” Once the link is created, you can send the link via email or text.
Under the profile tab, select “Projects” and from here you can select the blue plus button to add projects. Any projects you upload here, the subcontractors will see when selecting a project during invoice creation.
